Each year, we present a carefully curated draft of bulls at the Heartland Bull Sale. These bulls are selected for fertility, structure, and temperament, with proven results in both stud and commercial operations. Backed by a passion for performance and consistency, we proudly stand behind the cattle we breed and sell.

Beefwood is a family-run operation at Wallumbilla, QLD, led by Brett and Ashlee White. With roots in the former “Satelite” stud, Beefwood blends proven genetics with a commercial focus, producing fertile, structurally sound bulls built for longevity.

Carntyne is a disciplined, fertility-driven stud run by Ben and Carly Evans across the Roma, Surat and Injune districts. With strict culling standards and an elite AI program, their herd is performance-tested and purpose-bred for results.
CG Santas

A young Roma-based stud, CG Santas is operated by the Goodhew family and built on strong female lines from Santa Park and Moongana. Focused on quiet, fertile cattle, they’re proudly making a name both in the paddock and the show ring.

Celebrating 50 years of breeding in 2025, Chilgerrie Hill near Wandoan is known for its quiet temperament, strong female base, and family-led success. Their cattle are bred to thrive — with a reputation for consistency and carcase quality.

Darr Creek is a rising stud from Jandowae, operated by Mitch and Abbey Franz. Backed by Oakdale and Rosevale genetics, they’re focused on producing quiet, fertile bulls that perform under real-world conditions.
Dunrobin

Dunrobin is a family-run stud located at Bungaringa, Mitchell, operated by Brendan and Paula Harrison and their children. With a strong commercial base and a focus on soundness and fertility, Dunrobin blends tradition with performance and proudly contributes to the Heartland group.
Glenview

A multi-generational stud founded in 1972, Glenview is based at Nobby and operated by Scott and Wendy Ferguson. Known for consistency and quality, Glenview’s bulls have proven success in both commercial herds and the show ring.
Jazmaree Stud

Jazmaree is a family-run stud at Comet Downs, Injune, built on strong maternal lines from Reben Downs and supported by sires from leading studs. The Seawright family breeds quiet, structurally sound cattle with purpose and pride.
Murgo

Murgo Santas, run by Paul and Karen Timmins at Mungallala, produces practical, long-lasting bulls with bone, muscling and temperament. With decades of breeding experience, Murgo cattle are known for working longevity and structural soundness.
Oakdale

Oakdale is a Chinchilla-based stud led by Greg Kroll, known for high-performing bulls backed by proven bloodlines. With a strong emphasis on fertility and type, Oakdale continues to deliver standout results in both paddocks and sale rings.

Pinaroo is a respected name in the breed, recently transitioned to Cameron and Deborah Boot after 25+ years working alongside founding breeders Peter and Robin Cupitt. Now based in Bingara, the stud continues with a focus on rebuilding through quality, purebred females and proven sires.

Rocky View is a boutique stud operated by Ben and Michelle Eastwell at Pilton. With a growing herd and carefully selected genetics from Oakdale, Pinaroo, and Talgai, Rocky View combines type, structure and commercial practicality.
